Sambanthan wrote secrete letter to India on 13th amendment

Present leader of the Tamil National Alliance R.Sambanthan has written secret letter towards Indian on requesting to implement changes in the 13th amendment.

Leader has wrote this letter towards Indian Prime Minister Rajive Gandhi on October 28, 1987. Former Tamil leader Amirthalingam and Sivichidhambaram are been signed in this letter. In the letter Tamil leaders request India to stop submitting bill on 13th amendment in the Lankan parliament. At present Lankan officials have received copy of this secret letter, Divaina newspaper reports.
