Businessman abducted in Udappuwa

A complaint has been lodged with the Mundalama Police regarding the alleged abduction of a businessman from Andimunai in Udappuwa.

Sokkalingam Seguraman, 59, was walking in the roadside when a group of men in a red car abducted him at around 6.00pm yesterday, an eyewitness had informed the police emergency hotline. The suspects have not been identified yet while the reason for the abduction is also unknown. Mundalama Police are conducting further investigations.
