Changes in 13th amendment - Min.Keheliya Rambukwella

Government spokesman Minister Keheliya Rambukwella says the government will go ahead with making changes to the 13th Amendment to the constitution as planned.

Speaking at an event in Kandy today the Minister said that the 13th Amendment is something forced on Sri Lanka by India through the Indo-Lanka accord. 13th amendment introduced according to the Indo- Lanka agreement. With the support of 13th amendment group of people such as Tamil National Alliance willing to create separation in this country, minister said.
