SriLanka human rights violations issues included in the agenda of Samantha Power

Obama’s UN nominee Samantha Power decided to include issues on SriLanka human rights violations in her agenda, US sources said.

The foreign relations panel is likely to vote on Power's nomination on Tuesday. It was expected new US ambassador will follow tough conditions against SriLanka at the UN Human Rights Commission session in next March.
