Stock of bullets recovered in Kayankeny, Batticaloa

Palitha Jayaratne, DIG of the Valaichchenai announced stock of bullets hidden in the Kayankeny seashore at Vakarai, Batticaloa recovered today.

Police recovered 15 thousand T.56 gun bullets according to tipoff receive to the police this morning. All these bullets were handover to Vakarai magistrate court this morning and also it was believe all these hidden by LTTE in the area.
