Dr.Manoharan expresses concern over hoisting Commonwealth summit in SriLanka

Doctor Kasipillai Manoharan express concern over hoisting commonwealth heads meeting in SriLanka where country fail to prove law and order in this country.

Lankan soldiers have shot dead his son and several other young boys in year 2006 at Trincomalee. Secretary of Commonwealth should pay special attention on implementation of law and order in SriLanka. Letter addressed to Commonwealth General Secretary Kamalesh Sharma by doctor Manoharan clearly noted that the Lankan government fails to conduct proper investigations on above shooting incident. Due to this myself and my family members decided to leave the country. Police officer command to kill my son once again appointed has DIG of Trincomalee district, doctor noted.
