Statements reordered from 100 military personals on Weliweriya shooting incident

Senior DIG of Colombo Crime Division G.R.L.Ranaweera informed Gampaha chief magistrate that they have obtained statements from more than 100 military personals and general public on recent Weliweriya shooting incident.

Officer further said rifles of 93 military personals are been sent to the chemical analysis. Photographs and videos reordered by the media personals help to identify suspects. Three dead and 43 were injured in Weliweriya incident.
