Appoint multitalen​ted CM candidate to North: Rev. Irayappu Joseph

Bishop of Mannar Rev. Irayappu Joseph urges to nominate CM candidate would be able to inform problems of Tamils people towards international community.

Bishop also noted those who willing to betray India and Tamil people would betray by their own.
