President interested to solve all problems: Sambanthan

I’m interested to solve all outstanding issues related to the national issue of this country, President Mahinda Rajapaksa informed TNA leader R.Sambanthan today.

Tamil National Alliance leader R.Sambanthan met president Rajapaksa this morning. A statement released by the party clearly noted that TNA has promised to support the government to discuss on long term and unfavorable solution in the united SriLanka. Furthermore two leaders have discuss on land issues, resettlement activities, reducing military representation , releasing political prisoners and also holding free and fail election in the Northern Provincial Council. The Minister of External Affairs G.L.Peries and the president secretary Lalith Weerathunga were present at this friendly discussion.
