SMS service to solve problems face by Lankans serving in foreign countries

The Foreign Employment Bureau introduce 48 hours short message services (SMS) to lodge complaints on problems face by Lankans serving in foreign countries.

The Minister of Foreign Employment Dilan Perera began this service yesterday. Speaking at the event minister said investigations would be carrying out within 48 hours. Agent will directly visit the house of complainer and hold investigations on respective complaint. It’s not compulsory to visit headquarters minister said.
