Southern underworld group members arrested

Group of 10 underworld members purchase weapons from LTTE and engage criminal activities in the Southern SriLanka arrested today.

These suspects are connection with 11 murders reported in various parts of country and also police recovered weapons from their position. TID officials recently arrested underworld group leader returning to country from India has provided information’s on these suspects. It was blamed this group has allegedly involved in murder of Businessman at Southern Province.
