20 Seats allocated for EPDP in North

Minister and the Secretary of EPDP , Douglas Devananda announced 20 seats are been allocated for his party in the northern provincial council election.

Addressing media briefing organized by the government information department at the Jaffna library secretary went on to say, 36 EPDP candidates are contesting for 20 seats in the Northern Province. EPDP will contest under the symbol of beetle leaf. EPDP would be most influenced political party to make decision on the chief minister, secretary said. However EPDP fail to make official statement this regard.
