We are waiting for the oral update of UNHRC commissioner on her recent visit to SriLanka - India

Indian representative of UN Human Rights Council in Geneva announced we are waiting for the oral update of UNHRC commissioner Navaneetham Pillay on her recent visit to SriLanka.

Addressing the first day of the session UNHRC commissioner said report on her recent visit to SriLanka would be submitted later in the session. Indian representative warmly welcomes Navaneetham Pillay’s visit to SriLanka. Commenting on Syria issue Indian representative said war never solves problems and also India strongly denies use of nuclear weapons in this world.
